Gotta have a sense of humor.
Usually lovely, but sometimes my work comes out funny.
For example, here's a boy who requested a train on his face.
This is what I came up with:

Balls
Not such a good idea.
The kids had fun,
the toys became special,
but drawing on customer-supplied balls
was a drag.
It was the customer's idea,
so I'd do it again,
but I didn't have fun.
I came prepared with different markers
than I usually use -
to be sure it would work on the balls.
Still, it was frequently hard to keep the ink flowing,
and it took a litl time before the ink was really thoroughly dry.
I tried to take a few samples:

Having Fun with the Kids
Take a Peek
I figured it's about time to post a few
more wonderful faces that I've painted
recently.
This is one of my favorites.
Lol - people really bring PerSonALity to my Artwork:
And here are a few fun sharks. Could you just imagine
a whole yardful of them running around with balloon swords?
It's not unusual for the grown-ups to have some ideas
about having fun themselves too:

Got My Act Together
I've really taken off with the Balloons.
I can now
confidently say
that I do Caricatures, Face-Painting,
AND BALLOONS. It's fun to keep expanding
the ones I know.
Here's my new get-up for the Balloons.
I bought a real fancy eye-catching pump -
It looks like a flower.
Then I painted on the back of a
NY-souveneir t-shirt.
and I even painted a money-apron
for when I'm working retail.
