Oh My Goodness! It worked!
I kept reading, kept trying different things.
And I think that this is what I did to put a photo
directly in with my message.
First I uploaded it to Photobucket (where I'm Beingly).
then I highlighted the rectangle labeled 'direct link'.
And I was able to copy/paste it right here. Like this:
